- Batch Payment is a useful facility that allows Batch Payment entries to be simultaneously created. All purchase invoices and debit notes that match the selection criteria specified in the Batch Payments Wizard are displayed in the Batch Payments list. Debit notes and deposits on purchase orders can be applied to outstanding purchase invoices of a supplier. A single payment entry is made for each supplier.
- You can print or view the Pre-Check Register and see if what is selected is acceptable and print the checks from the payment journal in which the entries are created.
- The Batch Payments list provides a detailed breakdown of the suppliers and the transactions that are selected for payment. transactions whose creation date is after the login date are not included in this list.
- It displays all the Invoices and Notes of each supplier, to select a transaction for payment
