Pallet
There are two distinct pallet specifications
- Standard size Pallet with size 40x48x60
- Oversized Pallets with size 40x48x70
Product
- EXTLOG should be checked and product type should be Auto-serialized
- Two ways to create asset/ stock
- create a stock adjustment with add quantity- serial number will be generated
- create a PI with the actual supplier from whom the actual assets are purchased

Print pallet labels
Menu Path: Products > Reports >Pallet barcode generator > Select the Tag Type > Preview
Warehouse-Bins labels
Warehouse master > Warehouses > Bin
- Bin > EXTLOG1-Tunnel Bin If this is checked per sheet 6 labels will be printed.
- Bin > EXTNUM5–Print Order for Bin Label Based on this sequence bin label will be printed
Generate bin labels
Menu Path: Warehouses > Reports > Bin barcode label generator > Select the tag Avery94265 radio button > Preview
Print label under warehouse master > Reports > Bin barcode label generator > “3×10”
Tunnel labels
Menu Path: Warehouse > Reports >Select bin barcode label generator > A8 series > Preview
AUTO BUILD
- The user can use the auto-build feature to automatically create and ship pallets in bulk.

Logon to 3PL Server and provide the main login Credentials
Provide the warehouse login credentials > Login

Search Pallet
- Search pallet option enables the user to search the pallet and displays the product stacked on the pallet
- Scan the pallet serial number to search for the pallet
- Enter the pallet code and click on the ”Get” option button or click on the Enter button
Palletization
Scan or Enter the PO Number
- Scan the purchase order number barcode using the scanner device
- Enter the PO number manually and click the Enter Button
- Enter the PO number manually and click the Get Option button
Product Code
- Scan the product barcode using the Scanner
- Enter the product code manually and click the Enter button
- Enter the product code manually and click the Get option button
- Select the product code from the Dropdown
Pallet Code
- Scan the pallet barcode using a Scanner
- Enter the pallet number manually and select
- Select the pallet number from the Dropdown
Stacked Qty
- Select the number of products to be stocked on the pallet
- Click on ‘Add Row’ to list the line items
Summary
- Pallet(#): Indicates no of pallets utilized
- Stacked qty: Indicates the quantity stacked on the pallet
- Balance: Indicates the no of quantity remaining for palletization
Pick from Pallet
SO#
- Scan the SO number and click the Get option button
- Scan the SO number and click on the enter button
- Enter the SO number manually and click on the Get option button

Product Code
- Scan the product barcode using the Scanner
- Enter the product code manually and click the Enter button
- Enter the product code manually and click the Get option button
- Select the product code from the Drop down
Pallet Code
- Scan the pallet barcode using a Scanner
- Enter the pallet number manually and select
- Select the pallet number from the Drop down
Pick qty
- Select the number of products to be picked from the pallet
- Click on add row to list
Pallet Transfers
From Bin
- Select the bin number from the drop down
- Enter the bin number manually and click on the Enter button
Scan Pallet
- Scan the pallet number and click on the Enter button
- Enter the pallet number manually and click on the Enter button
To Bin
- Select the bin number from the Drop down
- Enter the bin number manually and click on the Enter button
Add
- Click on the add button to confirm the pallet
Transfer and close
- Once pallets are confirmed click on transfer and close to complete the bin transfer
Stock in Pallet
Enter the keyword to search
- The text field is a powerful multi-column search option, it searches all the columns to find the related input.
- The exact search option under each column searches within the column based on PO, Bin, Pallet#, Product Description, Build Date, build qty, pallet code, pallet description, bin description, Etc.
Re-Palletization
From Pallet
- Select the pallet number from the dropdown and click on the Enter button
- Enter the pallet number manually and click on the enter button
Stacked Product
- Select the product code from the drop–down and click on the enter button
- Enter the product code manually and click on the enter button
To Pallet
- Select the pallet number from the drop–down and click on the enter button
- Select the pallet number from the drop–down and click on the Add option button
- Enter the pallet number manually and click on the enter button

Transfer qty
- Select the no of quantity to be transferred and click on the Enter button
- click on the rebuild button
Ship Pallet
Scan / Enter SO#
- Scan the SO number and click on the Enter button
- Scan the SO number and click on the Get option button
- Enter the SO number manually and click on the Get option button
- Enter the SO number manually and click on the Enter button
Product Code
- Select the product code from the drop down and click on the Enter button
- Enter the product code manually and click on the Enter button
Pallet Code
- Select the pallet code from the drop down and click on the Enter button
- Enter the pallet number manually and click on the Enter button
Pick qty
- Select the no of quantities to be shipped from the pick qty option and click on the enter button
- Select the no of quantities to be shipped and click on add row option button
Confirm Pallets
- Click on the confirm pallets option button to confirm the pallets for the ship
